DULUTH, Ga. (March 9, 2023) – In recognition of those who’ve served in the United States Armed Forces, the Mitsubishi Electric Classic will release 1,500 complimentary tickets to this year’s tournament at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, Georgia. Military personnel can request up to two single-day grounds tickets, which can be used once during any day of competition rounds on May 5-7. The special ticket offer will launch Friday, March 10 at 10 am.
“While we take pride in bringing golf heroes to Duluth each year, we take more pride in thanking the true heroes of this great nation,” said tournament director, Ashley Hamilton. “The Mitsubishi Electric Classic’s exclusive offer to military personnel is our way of recognizing their courage and sacrifice.”
All current and former military personnel who wish to claim complimentary tickets must login or create an account with VetTix.org to verify their military status. Since 2008, VetTix has provided more than 15 million sport and entertainment tickets to military personnel and their families. The non-profit organization charges an ancillary delivery fee per transaction to support other military-centered programs.
