Giving back is at the heart of the Mitsubishi Electric Classic. The Gwinnett Championship Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization with a mission to contribute positively to the quality of life in Gwinnett County and provide a positive economic impact to the community. Net proceeds from our tournament are donated to two primary beneficiaries who are selected annually.

The Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation was incorporated in 1989 to support Gwinnett Medical Center (now Northside Hospital Gwinnett and Northside Hospital Duluth) by funding programs, services and capital expansion projects through charitable contributions. As a private not-for-profit 501( c )( 3 ), the GMC Foundation enables people from all walks of life to come together and give of their time, money and talents to strengthen our healthcare system.
Dollars generated through the Mitsubishi Electric Classic will go directly to specific projects or equipment for the Circelli Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

For more than 30 years Special Needs Schools of Gwinnett has served children and young adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities through a PreK-12 school and Young Adults Learning Life Skills (YALLS) day program.
What began with four preschool students in a converted storage closet has grown to a new school building serving more than 70 school students and 20 young adults. Dedicated to an individual approach to education and a focus on academic, emotional, and personal growth, combined with on-site therapeutic services, SNS allows students to thrive while creating the foundation for a life filled with joy and purpose.
Uniquely positioned to meet the educational needs of families during the pandemic, they continue to work to set a new standard of educational excellence today while working to grow to meet the demand for all who wish to call SNS home in the future.
